My Story
One mom’s journey to wellness
Hi, I’m Sandy! I am a registered holistic nutritionist and strength coach.
My journey towards healthy living started in September of 2015 after gaining a lot of weight while pregnant with my son. Prior to having my son, I was a yo-yo dieter and exercised very little. After having my son, I knew something needed to change so I turned to exercise and eating nutritious food. The weight started to fall off, I was inspiring friends and family, and my children were watching their mom become healthier and I wanted to do the same for other women. It started out as a weight loss journey and ended in me finding my passion in life.
After thoughtful consideration, I decided I needed to pursue my dreams in changing the lives of women and became certified as a personal trainer and holistic nutritionist. I am also certified in pre and post natal fitness.
Now I’m helping women with their weight loss goals and their own transformation. I can’t wait to become part of helping you feel like your best self inside and out!
